    The brother of a Clinton woman, JACKSON, WESLEY IRDELL, (W.I.), 77,of Back Valley Rd.,Oliver Springs Rt.1, in Morgan County, died at 8:50p.m. Sunday at Oak Ridge Hospital of heart failure.He had been in thehospital since March 14 for treatmenent of black lung disease.Jacksonwas the brother of Mrs. Hugh (Emma) Tupper of 503 Hillcrest St. He wasa native of Oliver Springs.He was a former coal miner and a member ofMiddle Creek Baptist Church.In addition to Mrs. Tupper, Jackson issurviveed by his wife, Mrs. Cornetta Jackson, a son, Jackie Jackson ofOliver Springs Rt.1, a grandson, two sisters other sisters, Mrs.Mattie Rufner and Mrs.Molly Hatfield both of Oliver Springs Rt.1, andtwo brothers, Frank Jackson of Oliver Springs Rt.1 and Hicks Jacksonof Beaver Dam, Ky. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Sharp FuneralHome in Oliver Springs with the Rev.Homer Hooks and the Rev. LloydNapier officiating.Burial was Wednesday in Anderson Memorial Gardens.Clinton [Clinton Courier June 25, 1981]
