Michael Looper. Her children's surnames are mixed and not in the order of a first and second marriage. Peter Loper/L/Looper Sr., was living when Dorothy is said to have married Michael Looper, so she was not widowed. Michael Looper obviously had children prior to his marriage to Dorothy, since he didn't marry her until he was 44 years old. His first wife, if this is true, is unknown.
