  JUSTICE, S. H. [Squire Huston], 81, former Morgan County Judge andstate legislator, died April 29. He served at State Senator in 1937,and as representative in 1910. Also was budget director for MorganCounty; County Judge during the 1929 flood. Had also served as justiceof peace and clerk and master of the court and as county court clerkand was a practicing attorney for 40 years. Survivors include onebrother, Horace Justice of Coalfield; three sisters, Mrs. R.A. Sisson,Mrs. Fred Jackson and Mrs. Florence Cheek. (Morgan County News -dated- May 2, 1957)
