    • SISSON, BEULAH MARIE - age 98, a resident of the Coalfield community,passed away Monday, May 1, 2006 at the NHC Healthcare Center in OakRidge. She was born July 30, 1907 in Petros, Tennessee and was a lifelong resident of the area. Mrs. Sisson was a faithful member ofPleasant Grove Baptist Church & was very active in the Bertha SundaySchool class. She was co-founder and Past Vice President of CoalfieldSenior Citizen Club & was very active as long as her health permitted.Beulah had a great love for people. Her family & friends were veryspecial to her. She always looked forward to each visit and treasuredspending time with each one who came by, whether family, churchfriends or someone she had never met. She loved quilting & crorochetingin her spare time while she was able. Preceded in death by herhusband, William David Sisson; two sons, William David Sisson, Jr.,Ronnie Lynn Sisson; parents, Harry & Tilda Mullins White; brothers,Roy & Ed White. The family will receive friends 6:00- 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Churchwith funeral service following at 8:00 pm, at the church with Rev.Mack Smith, Rev. Neil Hasty & Rev. Todd Hardin officiating. Gravesideservice will be held 11:00 am, Thursday at the Estes Cemetery inCoalfield. Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs in charge of all thearrangements.
