  FINKS, LUTHER, 83, Harriman, formerly of the Coal Hill Community, diedSunday evening March 19, 2000 in Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridgefollowing a lengthy illness. He was a member of Mount Pisgah BaptistChurch for many years. He was preceeded in death by his first wifeChrystal Futtrell Finks; two brothers, Carl and Jim; and one sisterChristine. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Area Marie Finks;one son and daughtger-in-law Albert Harland and Bertha Finks ofTrenton, Ga.; twtwo daughters and sons-in-law Anna and Charles Wilkie ofWartburg and Barbara and Cecil Hauts of Signal Mountain: two step-sonsand daughters-in-law Boyd Lackey of Ringgold, Ga., and Lloyd and EmmaLackey of Harian, Ga.; one sister Loretta Murray of Decatur; 11grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of ther relativesand friends. The family received friends Wednesday, March 22, 2000from 6 to 8:30 in Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral servicesfollowed with Rev. Garvan Walls and Rev. Keith Price officiating.Graveside services were held Thursday at 11 a. m. in Mount PisgahCemetery. Davis Funeral Home, Harriman, was in charge of thearrangements. [Morgan County News]
