  Earlene Himes, age 73 of Coalfield, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family. Earlene was born on August 26, 1945 and was a member of Solway Baptist Church. She loved quilting and being around her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ulis and Tressie Russell, Onlee Keck; husband, Billy Himes Sr.; brother, Walter Russell. Survivors include her children, Billy Himes and wife Connie of Oliver Springs and Stacey Jackson and husband Bear of Coalfield; brother, T.C. Russell and wife Diane; sister, Shirley Keck and husband Carl; also survived by extended family members and special friends. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Premier Sharp Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7 pm with Bro. Timmy Keck officiating. Burial will be at 1 pm on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
