  Edith Evelyn Noe, age 95, a resident of Harriman, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at her home while surrounded by her family. Mrs Noe was born, April 13, 1923 in Indianapolis, IN. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #211 and of the Baptist faith. She loved gardening, cooking, baking and most of all she loved spending time with her family. Edith is preceded in death by her parents, James and Nancy Marsh; by her husband, Preacher Oscar Noe; by a daughter, Phyllis Jackson and by 10 siblings. She is survived by her children: Charles Oscar Noe and wife, Karen, Nancy Armes and husband,
