Notes - RAINEY, MARY EMMA FRITTS, 89, Coalhill Community, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2002 in Methodist Medical Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother and a faithful member of Coalhill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Samuel Fritts and husband of 20 years Leighton Rainey. She is survived by children Roy and Ella Mae Fritts of Wartburg, Betty and James Ritter of Harriman, Gene and Della Bale of Kingston, Mary Hamby of Harriman, Donie and Iva Coker of Harriman and Dean and Patty Fritts of Harriman: step-daughter Linda Griffith of Petros; and 29 grandchildren and 49 great granchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service was Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Coalhill Baptist Church. Rev. Bill Treadway, Brother Don Daughtery and Brother David Johnson officiated. Interment was in Coalhi.. Cemetery.
