    • BOSHEARS, FRANKIE, a lifelong resident of Coalfield, born May 16, 1923and passed away in her home Thursday, May 11, 2006. She was a memberof Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She loved working in her yard andtaking care of others, which she did very lovingly. She was precededin death by her parents, Frank and Lillie Boshears; sisters, LavonaDavis, Vergie Foster, Vera Eastridge and Iwada Simmons; and brother,Lawrence Boshears. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Larryand Sandy Boshears of Coalfield; two grandchildren, Melinda Jones andhusband Roger and Larry David Boshears; three great-grandchildren,Tabitha, Tallesse and Taylor Jones; and several nieces, nephews andspecial friends Ivadell McGlothin, Frances West of Coalfield and JoyceBrown of Petros. Graveside services will be Friday, May 12, 2006 inthe Davis Cemetery, Coalfield, with Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating.Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg, in charge of arrangements. [RoaneCounty News]
