  Married: George was half brother of Thomas Sharp and full brother of Benjamin Sharp. George and Martha moved to KY and later to Gibson Co., IN in 1808. George Sharp was the first school teacher in the conscription school in Gibson Co., IN. He was the first clerk of Salem Baptist Church in that Co., as well.
