  Married: Per Email from Frances Windham 10-17-2013 to Judy Spradlin. Description: Nell and Fran are the same person. Her name was Nell Frances- Fran was her nickname. Alvin's middle name was Howard. Austin Otto was born in 1954 in Bainbridge, Ga. Austin O married Sandra Jones from Dyliss community, Nell married CCharles Richard Matthews, Alvin H married Tina Turnbull/Turnbill and Samuel Ray was married at least four times- the ones I remember are Flora Brown from Coalfield, Josephine "Jobie" LNU[this is the one he had his daughter Samantha by] and a girl named Sue LNU the Glades community.
